These terms apply to the public AgentBay directory provided by AgentBay. Separate written agreements govern any separately purchased service.
Using the directory
Use the site lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with site availability. Catalog descriptions, comparisons, and chooser results are informational guidance. They are not performance benchmarks, security audits, warranties, or guarantees of suitability.
Accuracy and third-party services
Catalog metadata is a historical snapshot and may be incomplete or outdated. Check provider documentation, pricing, licenses, and requirements before using a project. References do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or that AgentBay has tested every project. Third-party websites and software have their own terms and privacy practices.
Licenses and attribution
Third-party names, logos, and projects remain the property of their respective owners. The adapted Best of Agent Harnesses content remains subject to CC BY-SA 4.0. See source attribution and changes. These terms do not override rights granted by applicable open licenses.
Your library and availability
You are responsible for backing up browser-stored notes and selections using the export feature. The site and content are provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted service, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AgentBay is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on directory content or loss of browser-stored data. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
