lgtmgate is a Claude Code plugin that takes a GitHub issue through to a merge-ready pull request. A diagnosis agent checks the issue is real before anyone writes a plan for it. A reviewer checks each item on the acceptance checklist against actual evidence, a command's output or an artifact, before approving. None of the agents merge anything themselves, including when this repo ships its own releases.
