Its first-party skills come in two halves: Apple/Swift skills for what you are building, and harness engineering skills (how you run Claude Code itself — dispatch, review, ship). Every skill is an opinionated default backed by a shipped-it war story and held to a consistency gate. Alongside them sit best-of-breed external skill plugins, aggregated by reference — not written here, linked and credited to their authors, never copied.
