How full the context window is, on screen in every chat you open — sidebar, editor tab, separate window — from the first message, updating itself as the conversation goes and while Claude is still answering. Nothing to ask for, nothing to refresh. The extension has no API for this: the button is injected into its webview bundle, every edit is an insertion, and --revert puts the original back byte for byte.
