An Agent Skill for Claude Code that measures whether coding agents actually follow skills and rules. Point it at one .md file: it turns the file into the list of steps the file asks for (the spec), generates test scenarios at 3 levels of prompt support (from a prompt that asks for the file to one that works against it), runs an agent on each, classifies the agent's tool calls and text output with an LLM, and reports compliance rates with full timelines.
