A Claude Code plugin: an editorial board for the comments and docstrings a change touched. Four read-only reviewers walk one pCST, an editor writes the replacement text, it is cut to fit, then the author approves the exact text that will be written -- and WRITE puts it on disk and proves the executable code byte-identical.
