Translation Agency is a portable, tool-independent localization pipeline. It runs its three-tier "translator panel" in Claude Code / Cowork (the authored source of truth) or in OpenCode — and generates ready trees for the OpenAI Codex CLI and GitHub Copilot CLI from the same source (see Which tool runs it?). It was extracted and generalized from a production legal-fee-calculator localization system, whose panel and adversarial-QA design proved out over many real passes — then had all its project-specific hardwiring lifted out into settings so the same machinery works on a WordPress plugin, a React app's i18n, a folder of Markdown docs, or a batch of JSON files.
