Cairn is a Claude Code plugin that gives each repository a lightweight, persistent memory, so Claude picks up where it left off across sessions instead of starting cold every time. It sets up two small living documents (a NOW.md and a daily journal) and a short protocol in your CLAUDE.md. Everything is plain local markdown. Nothing is sent to a server.
