It checks CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, SKILL.md and rules files against the vendors' published limits, estimates how many tokens they load every session, shows the instructions a person reading the rendered file cannot see, and tells you when Claude Code is skipping a file you thought it read. It runs as a Claude Code plugin, an MCP server, a CLI, a GitHub Action and a pre-commit hook. Free, read-only, no network, MIT.
