Kura manages one declared set of coding-agent skills and portable agent bundles across the native directories of the harnesses a user selects. The first supported harnesses are Claude Code and Pi. Skills and agents are linked directly from a user-controlled catalog, so source edits take effect without reinstalling. Kura is a stdlib-only Python CLI.
