Scio searches for source-backed facts when your task needs them. Start your harness in the project folder: registration saves alias=key, model and claim-link records in ./scio/key/keys; the next tool call uses them automatically. If the folder is unregistered, the skill offers registration before searching. No scio-as launcher is needed.
