About EESIZ/APM
APM is an operating protocol for projects run by multiple persistent AI sessions. It keeps the mission and architecture in a manager context, useful domain knowledge in stable worker contexts, and enough durable state on disk for every session to compact, fail, retire, or hand control to a successor without resetting the project.
