throughline is a thin governance overlay for Claude Code: a persistent PRD → TDD → ADR design-doc pipeline with phase-gate PRs and gated, detached implementation. It gives you an auditable thread from *requirement → design → decision → code* — every change traces back to an approved requirement and design, architectural decisions are recorded and binding, and nothing is marked "done" on the model's say-so.
