About Athena
Hercules’ Athena streamlines email filing to the enterprise’s document management platform (DMS). By leveraging sophisticated algorithms, Athena predicts the correct filing destination for emails within Outlook inboxes and the DMS. This solution automatically identifies client details, matter, author, and document types for every email. By automating this process, Athena enables enterprises to maintain compliance standards while allowing employees to concentrate on more meaningful, high-value tasks.
